GENERAL CONDITIONS
THE RATE INCLUDES: The services specified in each itinerary. In cases where transportation is included, it is provided according to the itinerary and chosen means. Accommodation in the specified hotels and/or similar ones in the same category, occupying rooms and/or apartments with private bathrooms. Meals according to the chosen meal plan. Mentioned visits and excursions.
THE RATE DOES NOT INCLUDE: Drinks and/or any type of extra expenses, personal expenses, local tourist and/or airport taxes, excess baggage, phone calls. General unspecified expenses. Optional excursions listed in the different itineraries. It does not include fees for services and other taxes applicable or not at the time of this service request, which, if applicable, must be paid by the passenger before departure. Meals and/or snacks during stops along the route. Customs and/or immigration taxes and/or fees. Tips and/or other unspecified expenses.
RATES: All prices indicated in our brochures, rate sheets, and/or publications are subject to change without prior notice. The passenger agrees to pay the resulting difference before starting the tour. All tours must be fully paid before they begin. Partial payments or credit card payments do not lock in the rate. Trips expressed in US dollars can be paid in pesos at the exchange rate of the day of payment or bank deposit. Passengers in single rooms will be charged an additional 70% of the rate, unless otherwise specified in the current rate sheet. Passengers willing to share will be accommodated in double or triple rooms subject to availability, always paying the double rate. If no companion is found, Caluch Viajes will be responsible for the price difference and the passenger will be accommodated in a single room. Children from 0 to 2 years old stay free of charge and without services, while 3-year-olds only pay for a seat and medical assistance, excluding other services (consult the cost of the seat and assistance). From the age of 4, they pay the full adult rate. The rate does not include: museum tickets, reservations, and National Parks, tourist taxes, tips, meals, and unspecified tours.
RESPONSIBILITY: The Operator CALUCH VIAJES S.A. License number 8740 is not responsible for any damages or losses that passengers may suffer to themselves or their belongings, regardless of the cause. The Operator explicitly declares that it acts as an intermediary between travelers and the entities or individuals responsible for providing the services indicated in the itineraries, such as transportation companies, hotels, restaurants, etc. Therefore, it declines all responsibility for deficiencies in any of the services provided, as well as for any damages, accidents, delays, or irregularities that may occur during the provision of services to the individuals who travel through its intermediation, as well as for their luggage and other personal belongings. It also does not assume responsibility for adverse weather conditions and/or atmospheric conditions, government decisions, natural disasters, strikes, and other events that may occur outside its control. If during the tour, any of the planned excursions or tours cannot be carried out, passengers will be entitled to a refund only for the corresponding excursion or tour. If the duration of the program has to be extended due to delays in the departure or return date due to reasons of force majeure (such as climatic factors), the expenses incurred as a result of this delay, such as additional accommodation and meals, will be borne by the passengers. Excursions not specified as included in the program/itinerary are considered optional excursions and are expressly excluded from the rate. Therefore, their booking must be made exclusively through an authorized official agent at the destination. Therefore, the Operator is not responsible for optional services contracted by the passenger or for any damages of any kind that the passenger, their luggage, or their other belongings may suffer.
